A water park in Ha Noi, Vietnam declared a two-hours free entrance on the morning of April 19. The entries began at 8 a.m and it turned into a giant and ecstatic crowd rushing towards the water park in an hour. A large number of men participated in the groups that rushed for the 'free entry'. When the gates of the already over-populated water park were closed, groups of 70-80 men were formed who began eyeing girls in bikinis in lewd manners. In no time, this lewd eyeing turned into women being molested. Some women even had their bikinis ripped off by the many hands around them.

The water park’s management closed down the gates as soon as they realized that the lazy river was starting to get overcrowded. Many people tried getting in by climbing the fences of the park. According to some witnesses and victims themselves, men were grouped by 70-80 and started picking on girls wearing bikinis.
