Kylie Jenner Warns Her Fans After Knockoff Makeup Causes Burns

People are obsessed with getting a deal, especially when it comes to things that run a little pricey — like makeup, for example.
It can get expensive to buy all your favorite products and  stay on top of all the trends. So it makes sense that fakes would start popping up because what is the harm, right?
Well, apparently it can get really bad! There has been an outbreak of fake Kylie Jenner Lip Kits exploding all over the internet. People are buying them for what they think is a great deal, only to end up disappointed and sometimes injured.
The person most outraged? Kylie herself, who has addressed the issue in a very Kylie way.

We all know that Kylie Jenner is stunning...

... and ever since she entered the makeup world with her lip kits, the world has been a little nuts. So much so that every time she releases a new shade, her website crashes from pure mania overload.

So, the world being the horrible place it is, scammers have started to pick up on this.

Fake websites and knockoffs of her famous lip kits have been popping up all over the internet, some that look almost identical to Kylie Cosmetics. As if this was not terrifying enough, people have been buying the products and aside from being poor quality, these knockoff products have also been dangerous.

Fans from all over Twitter have been reaching out to Kylie...

...trying to draw her attention to the issue. One fan, Emma Morgan, posted a cringe-worthy video of her lips sticking together because there was glue in the knockoff lipstick she accidentally purchased!

It gets worse.

People are reporting infections from products bought off eBay and Amazon.

Imagine opening up a lip kit...

...and realizing there is gasoline inside? What is the matter with people?! Kylie finally made a statement on Snapchat.

She has said;

“I’ve come across this website called kyliecosmeticsoutlet.com. It looks exactly like mine, but it’s not. I want to be really, really clear and let you guys know that the only place to get my products is kyliecosmetics.com. Everywhere else is fake. Make sure you guys check the URL because these other websites are selling fake product. It might look exactly like mine, but it’s not mine.”

She continued,

The ingredients that they’re using in these fake products are also really, really dangerous which is my biggest concern. "Check my Twitter, I just re-posted a video of this girl who got a fake Kylie Lip Kit and her lips are literally stuck together like glue. This is getting so out of hand, people, please please please don’t trust any other website.”

She also took to Twitter to personally answer questions...

...about purchased products that were real or fake.

And to express concern and a warning to her fans.
